My Story

My name is Aria Rhea Naidoo

You cannot pay me enough to go back to corporate," was a promise I made to myself in 2021 after leaving an executive role at Nike, burned-out for the very last time. I had spent 15 years in the technology sector, including over four years as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Co., and even served as Chief of Staff to the CEO of a "Unicorn" tech startup. I was highly paid, yet miserable.

In my search for answers, I found myself in a sacred plant ceremony, seeing my life with newfound clarity. I realized how much of my energy and creativity had been consumed by a corporate machine that did not align with my values. I saw how deeply I was suffering because my work was disconnected from who I truly was.

It was during that first ceremony that I heard the call to become a coach and healer, to inspire others to awaken and stop wasting their precious lives. Since 2020, I have worked with thousands of individuals and groups to rediscover what is truly important and transform their lives, allowing them to live out their highest purpose while taking good care of themselves—physically, financially, and spiritually. I can't wait to see what life has in store for you!
