Service Description

Join a light movement class to help build strength, stability and flexibility for long meditation sits. Gently open up the hips and bring movement to the spine to allow you to deepen your connection with the body. This is perfect for those who spend a lot of time at desks or driving. All levels welcome. Bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Sangha Members Only Suggested Donations: $10-$22 | Cash, Venmo: @sacredwaters or book online. No member will be turned away for lack of funds.
