About the event

Psyched3l!c journeys can be powerful tools that give us new perspectives about our lives, and shine light on new pathways we can try. - How can we respond to situations rather than reacting? - What happens to our bodies when we stop to take a breath? - How is our sugar or alcohol intake affecting our mood? We start to notice how these basic changes have a major impact on how happy and alive we feel, and see how this lays the foundation for us to manifest the things we desire. However, the business of our lives can sometimes overwhelm us, and we tend to lose grasp of the insights we gain during mystical and psyched3l!c experiences. That is why integration is so important. We give our bodies another chance to FEEL the new patterns we're entrenching into our nervous system, and the new ways of thinking we’re coding into our brains (ie neural pathways). Practice makes progress. Sacred Waters offers a free community integration song circle in Troutdale this Sunday for you to:

💓 Allow your nervous system another chance to reset to a new, calmer baseline, 💓 Build new neural pathways by singing positive and uplifting songs that are powerful reminders of our own self-authority, and divine connection, 💓 Activate the sacral, heart and throat chakra to amplify manifestation capacity, 💓 Connect with a supportive, trauma-informed community that is aligned with your values, and wants to see you thrive, We hope to see you in Troutdale this Sunday, June 18th from 10am to 2pm. RSVP below to receive the address of the private residence we are hosting the event at, and further details on what to bring.

Bring: instruments, picnic blanket, sun protection, potluck meal to share.

Donations are so very welcome, but not required.
