Service Description

 You don't have to see yourself as an artist to create. As women, we are born with creative potential, that permeates from the womb and perfumes our essence with beauty. In a world that values productivity and independence, many women struggle to balance their delicate, feminine energies. That which makes us sensitive to the subtle, is considered weakness in a world that values consumption over compassion. We lose our natural ability to self-regulate our nervous systems and become stressed, angry and worn down. Yet, it is our sensitivity that makes us powerful, intuitive and above all, creative! One way to start rebalancing your feminine energy and resetting your nervous system to a new baseline is through creative expression through the body. In these weekly sessions, we creatively express through movement, art, song and storytelling. No self-judgement, no expectations for any outcome, just the pure joy of free creative expression. These sessions are free for Sangha Members. Non-members can attend once before becoming a Sangha Member. Bring a potluck dish. Donations appreciated.
